I highly recommend MH Imaging. The whole process was seamless. They got me quickly scheduled for an MRI and provided me with the results shortly after my MRI was finished. And I can't say enough about the staff, especially Arvi. Arvi is awesome!! She's friendly, professional, and super funny! She explained everything before, during, and after the procedure. Quality and fast and the cheapest MRI in town.Shout out to Arvi, she went out of her way to get me in as early as possible. The whole process of scheduling the scan, insurance authorization, checking in, and getting as comfortable of a scan possible is unmatched. I had an Open MRI done here because I’m very claustrophobic and couldn’t handle the regular type of MRI (the tube). I have to tell you this experience was much different and with Arvi at my side making me laugh a lot before the text, I made it through with a smile on my face. If ever I need another MRI, I will be going back here. Also, to MH Imaging, Arvi is a major asset to your company!!!
It was unbelievable how quickly I was able to get my MRI (within the same week), with fast results! The staff was incredibly helpful, right down to helping me investigate my insurance coverage. I’m appreciative of the service rendered all around from the office to technicians.

I went to MH IMAGING for a CT scan. It was great service, quick appointment time and everything was very professional. I couldn’t be happier. I had a very great experience! I was concerned that I had a torn meniscus or ligament in my knee, and my normal healthcare facility (SSM) would not take an MRI even after I had a $330+ 2 minute video visit and $350 PT session and was still left wondering if I had a tear in my knee, and SSM would not let me do an MRI. For $650, I had an MRI scheduled the same week I called and found out the results 10 minutes after I left. Very top notch care! I would definitely recommend people come here!
I have had many MRIs over my lifetime. In the past, I would have to be sedated and blindfolded to make it through. MH Imaging’s facility has changed that for me. Their open MRI has alleviated all of my anxiety. Plus their personnel, Troy in particular, understood my concerns and helped me have a stress-free experience. Thank you MH Imaging for providing such a wonderful diagnostic tool.
Everyone, from the moment I walked into the reception area, was kind and friendly. Melissa, the tech who did the CT scan, was both professional and easy-going. I never had to wonder what was going to happen or why. The explanation of the process was thorough without being overly technical.

Outstanding. Even though I would have preferred different MRI results, the service here was excellent from Arvi and Troy. I was nervous going in and they did everything possible to make my experience as pleasant as possible from the first phone call with Arvi to leaving with results. During the MRI they played music and videos. Avri even held my hand through much of it. I had my results and a CD of images that Dr. Hatfield reviewed before I even walked out the door. Quick. Friendly. Accommodating. I hope I never need an MRI, but if I do, this is where I will go!

My first words would be this is an open MRI! I had seen the advertisements for this MRI machine, but I had no idea I was about to experience it. A Traditional “open MRI “ Is still too claustrophobic for me, so I have to take the medication. If I would ever need another MRI and I was scheduled at this location, I would never have to take the medication. They’ve got these pretty fancy mirror glasses that allow you to watch A nature video During the entire MRI. I was listening to my Jams. With the glasses on, I was able to look out windows. This was a piece of cake! Troy was The technician and absolutely the best! He took me step-by-step during the entire process. It was just completely relaxing and comfortable. An overall pleasant experience.
Wonderful experience today at MH Imaging! All three professionals that I interacted with (Kim, Arvi, and Mellisa) were friendly, efficient, and supurb in their respective areas of responsibility! I cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you all!
The staff was absolutely wonderful, I appreciate how kind, patient and understanding they were. I really like that it was more open and was able to watch the TV screen during it too. The facilities were great.
The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely friendly throughout my visit! I have severe claustrophobia and disabilities that make it difficult to comfortably lay on the MRI bed. The team helped keep me taken care of and informed throughout the experience. The facilities were also clean and up-to-date. It was by far the best MRI experience I have had.
This place is wonderful!! From the moment I entered the young lady Arvi made me feel welcome. She assured me that everything would be fine. She made me feel comfortable thru the whole process.If you ever need an MRI and are claustrophobic, this is the place.
My wife Nancy recently had a pelvic MRI with contrast at MH Imaging. She said that Arvi made her experience very pleasant. Arvi understood that my wife was very nervous and talked her through every step of the way. She really kept Nancy's mind at ease. She injected the contrast very easily. The room where the test took place was big and bright. Even though Nancy's test was past normal hours, the MH staff was there for her. We both highly recommend MH Imaging and will go back if the need arises. They certainly merit a 5 star rating.
Just had my fourth MRI and it was my best experience ever! I'm not claustrophobic but instead have suffered from techs who simply didn't understand my needs. Not a problem at MH Imaging. The tech (Arvi) was amazing. Friendly, professional, and amazingly sympathetic.I was dubious about going to some standalone imaging place. I thought the only legitimate place to get an MRI was at a hospital. Never again! If I ever need a CT, MRI, or anything else this place offers, I'm going here. My insurance covered everything, but I'm told this place is a LOT cheaper than a hospital as well!
Arvi, the technician was AMAZING! I was petrified to have this MRI and she was patient, kind & very knowledgeable! She talked me through every step prior and made sure I understood and respected my wishes at every turn. This place is sooo worth it! If you have claustrophobia or anxieties at all, this is the place to go! But ask for Arvi for sure!💞💞
An excellent experience from the lobby to the scan to the exit! Everyone was very kind, professional, and supremely helpful. Shout out to my image tech Troy for making sure I was comfortable and was patient with my needs with regards to my knee injury and the scan!
Excellent staff and clean environment. The person doing my MRI made sure to check in with me routinely to let me know how long each scan was, got me out of the machine when I needed a breather, and was very caring and personable making me feel as comfortable as I could getting an MRI. The MRI machine is also open helping reduce the clautraphobia effect.Nice front desk staff as well as the doctor & assistants doing the dye injection.10/10 will continue to come back her for any of my MRI needs!

Arvi was great, she did her best to make me as comfortable as possible during the MRI. I ended going to MH Imaging because my in system provider couldn’t get me in for MRI over three weeks, that’s with a request from my doctor ASAP appointment. Thanks to MH Imaging I was able to get my MRI in two days and found a tear which will surgery .

I thought it was too good to be true when they told me the cash price for an X-Ray, but it turned out to be true indeed. The staff were all polite and professional. Its refreshing when a business knows exactly what they are doing. I would absolutely recommend.

Troy at the Middleton location was excellent. I am a little claustrophobic and Troy gave me headphones and a washcloth over my eyes. Best MRI I’ve ever had. Troy was very personable, made you feel comfortable, explained everything, and he is cute! Made an old ladies day! 5 stars for sure. Also a very clean establishment, will recommend to others.

I reached out to MH Imaging to schedule an MRI after having a claustrophic experience at a different location. Kim, in the front office, was very pleasant and helpful in getting the out of network paperwork approved. She also called the day prior to my appointment to make sure I was ready for the appointment. The facility was very nice and professional. Arvi was fantastic. She was aware of my previous experience and took the time to explain every step, made sure I was feeling comfortable and talked me through the entire process. Highly recommend MH Imaging. As a healthcare provider who also battles claustrophobia, I wanted an alternative to a traditional MRI scanner. The open MRI along with their caring, professional staff made for a very calm & non-stressful experience. So glad this option is available in our area & more insurance providers are covering their services.

I just had an MRI here. Professional, efficient, easy access, and excellent care and service. After a serious knee injury, I was very grateful that MH Imaging was able to do an MRI on the same day we called. Every single staff member was wonderful. Kelly, at the front desk, made sure to take care of obtaining all the information she needed, which made the check- in process so quick and easy. The amazing person, I believe her name is Arvi, who did my imaging, was so very kind, and did absolutely everything to make sure I was comfortable, in addition to being so professional about her work. MH Imaging is awesome! I had to get some x-rays done, and it was my first visit here. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the waiting room is lovely. I really enjoyed my technician, Melissa as well. She was very calm and friendly. I will definitely be recommending this place to others! It was a wonderful experience!
I had an amazing experience with MH Imaging. They were very prompt and accommodating to my needs. They called me to schedule my appointment within a day or two of my doctor’s referral and got me in within a few days. The staff and the technicians were both friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. I lost the QR codes for my images and they emailed me new codes within minutes. I was traveling and needed an MRI and an X-ray. Not being a fan of hospital imaging, I searched for an imaging center in Madison. What I found was MH Imaging in Middleton. The staff was very professional and friendly. The techs were very good at their jobs. I am very satisfied with the service. I'm a retired CT tech and really appreciate how I was treated.
LIFESAVERS! My husband was having severe sciatic pain from a herniated disc and the soonest our clinic would get us in for an MRI was 7-10 days… not acceptable! MH got us in same day and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. We are beyond grateful to them and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to get his treatment scheduled two days later and he will be on the mend and back to work weeks ahead of time because of MH Imagjng. THANK YOU!
I highly recommend MH Imaging. The facilities are comfortable and the staff so friendly! My favorite part was being able to choose my own music to listen to on the headphones during my MRI. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my results came super fast.
Very clean, organized and super friendly staff. Was able to get scheduled super fast and same day results. I’ve had many mris before but this mri experience was by far the best. I have never gotten to listen to music or watch TV during mri. This was super cool to see and made for a relaxed environment! It was really spacious too. I highly recommend it. Thank you everyone.
