Our experience at MH Imaging was exceptional from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how the staff managed to make a potentially stressful medical procedure feel routine and comfortable. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the front desk team (especially Gracie) was incredibly helpful, working with me to find a convenient time and clearly explaining what to expect.The facility itself is clean and modern, with a welcoming lobby. I was particularly impressed by how punctual they were – I barely had time to complete my paperwork before our son was called back, yet never felt rushed.The MRI technologist took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. She even asked about my son’s music preferences to help make the experience more pleasant for him. The headphones they provided were high-quality, and being able to listen to my favorite playlist made a big difference during the scan.The MRI machine itself appeared to be state-of-the-art, and they had clearly invested in comfort features like cushioning and adequate ventilation. The scan took exactly as long as they had estimated, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.Price-wise, they were transparent about costs upfront and worked efficiently with my insurance company. The entire process was seamless, from scheduling to billing.I highly recommend MH Imaging Center to anyone needing an MRI. Their combination of professional expertise, modern equipment, and genuine care for patient comfort makes them stand out in the field of diagnostic imaging.5/5 stars - Would definitely return if I need another MRI in the future.
Facility never contacted my spouse on any pre do’s and don’ts….I had to call, see if he had restrictions/etc. He did…no eating or drinking before test, come in early to drink some solution.The Lobby of the building was dirty….carpeting and chairs were full of hair/etc. Lobby was very cold (they must not have heat?) The tech who did his CT scan was very professional, he was comfortable with her. I suggest they plan their appts accordingly so there isn't such a long wait time. We won’t be back, there are plenty of other facilities with more comfortable accommodations.
Gracie helped me get in to have my MRI as soon as possible, and coordinated with my insurance provider to ensure I would be covered.
Can't say enough good things about this place they got me in promptly after my doctor's visit very efficient, and the cost is fantastic compared to other places. The lady who did my scan put me so much at ease. Highly recommend this place it's right by Pandora's on Layton.
Marybeth and Arvi took such great care of my mother in law. I’ve been to the Madison location before and now got to try the Greenfield location as well. Their oval MRI machine was very nice and spacious. They both took such great care of my mother in law, giving her extra blankets and scanning her shoulders and back so fast. I am grateful for the staff at MH Imaging for always going above and beyond. Great work.
It was great to have a Saturday appointment with our busy schedules. Mary Beth was great explaining the MRI process. My husband has a very hard time laying flat. She positioned padding to make him more comfortable during his back xrays. We recommend MH Imaging! They are more compassionate than the hospital.
Kim was fantastic to work with at MH imaging after running into issues with insurance she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of before my scheduled appointment. Kim was incredibly helpful during this whole process. I would highly recommend MH imaging.
The staff was Great!! Gracie was phenomenal!! She was a pleasure to work with and great getting us in. Very happy and helped so much during an extremely stressful time!! You need to give her a raise!!
Facility on Layton Ave is easy to get to. It is very clean and modern. The staff are WONDERFUL! Helpful, patient, kind and very friendly! Scans were done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend! 😊

I just received an MRI administered by Mary Beth…she was incredible, comforted me, and I hope if I ever have to get one again, she is my nurse. 5 stars for her!
Absolutely, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had when having and MRI. I am extremely claustrophobic. Sue, the technician who worked with me, initiated some amazing ideas to get me through the MRI successfully!!!!! Further, the equipment at M H Imagining is so up-to-date that my MRI only took 17 minutes which also helped with my claustrophobia. I’m so pleased with my visit. My well being was always key. I will return should I need further radiology needs in the future. Sue has built my trust 100%. Thank you, Sue!
I went to MH IMAGING for a couple MRI'S. The MRI 'S went well. My experience was very positive. The next day I needed some help with getting my reports, Gracie stepped in and was so helpful, friendly and an overall pleasure. Gracie made sure I received the information I requested.
I went to the Milwaukee location and from the time you walk through the door your greeted with a smile from the front desk Ladies, the manager is nice and cares about the needs of the patients as well. Even though I’ve only been scanned 3 times by her she’s my favorite of all because she’s so humble and she’s GREAT at what she does… Karen Kane you are the real MVP and you ROCK! Thank you!!!
I had an MRI today and had a lot of anxiety. The nurse taking care of me held my hand as I went in the machine and spoke reassuring me I’d do fine. I needed contrast and she was an expert at that as well. I didn’t feel a thing. Most importantly her empathy toward me… was so helpful. You don’t see that a lot in this day and age. Mary Ann or Mary Beth… I thank you for being such a beautiful health care worker!
Jackie did an amazing job explaining how my first CT scan would go. She made me feel extremely comfortable with the process and she took good care of me!
I had a wonderful experience at MH Imaging. I was extremely nervous about some recent health issues, so they were very accommodating and squeezed me into their schedule same day. Jackie set me up in the MRI, explained the whole process, and made me feel comforted (which relieved a lot of my anxiety!) My results were sent to my doctor next day. I am extremely pleased, and thankful, with how everything went. Thank you!
