Once again, MH Imaging has each and every detail figured out! My son’s CT referral was faxed over and they were calling within an hour to schedule his appointment and best of all, he was scheduled the next morning! MH Imaging understands and values patients needs and consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend MH Imaging and will surely return for future imaging needs.

The girls at the front have great customer service! I came in today for my labs and I called in the morning if I could be seen earlier than my appointment time and they got me in and out with in 30 minutes! I will definitely be coming back here for future labs!

MH Imaging in Middleton was an absolute great experience!! I had Arvi explain the MRI procedure and everything went according to plan. I couldn’t believe the cost difference between $650 (MH imaging) and $18,000 ( Swedish American Hospital) for the same MRI. I wish I would have found them sooner. You get your disc at the end of your visit. Please don’t hesitate to make an appointment here if you need any of the services they provide. You will be glad you did! Thank you Arvi! 😁

I highly recommend this awesome place the entire process was terrific starting with calling and scheduling your appointment, checking in for the scan, working with Melissa the technician, front desk, getting your results, billing. Truly the entire process way better than the old standbys currently located in Madison.

Our experience at MH Imaging was exceptional from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how the staff managed to make a potentially stressful medical procedure feel routine and comfortable. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the front desk team (especially Gracie) was incredibly helpful, working with me to find a convenient time and clearly explaining what to expect.
The facility itself is clean and modern, with a welcoming lobby. I was particularly impressed by how punctual they were – I barely had time to complete my paperwork before our son was called back, yet never felt rushed.
The MRI technologist took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. She even asked about my son’s music preferences to help make the experience more pleasant for him. The headphones they provided were high-quality, and being able to listen to my favorite playlist made a big difference during the scan.
The MRI machine itself appeared to be state-of-the-art, and they had clearly invested in comfort features like cushioning and adequate ventilation. The scan took exactly as long as they had estimated, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
Price-wise, they were transparent about costs upfront and worked efficiently with my insurance company. The entire process was seamless, from scheduling to billing.
I highly recommend MH Imaging Center to anyone needing an MRI. Their combination of professional expertise, modern equipment, and genuine care for patient comfort makes them stand out in the field of diagnostic imaging.

Facility never contacted my spouse on any pre do’s and don’ts….I had to call, see if he had restrictions/etc. He did…no eating or drinking before test, come in early to drink some solution.
The Lobby of the building was dirty….carpeting and chairs were full of hair/etc. Lobby was very cold (they must not have heat?) The tech who did his CT scan was very professional, he was comfortable with her. I suggest they plan their appts accordingly so there isn't such a long wait time. We won’t be back, there are plenty of other facilities with more comfortable accommodations.
